Residential service rates
Repair quotes are given on site, in writing, before any work begins. Here is what the visit itself costs.

| After-hours surcharge | $95 per visit | Visits outside regular hours and on holidays. Never charged to Comfort Club members. |
| Seasonal tune-up | $159 | Non-members. Comfort Club includes two a year. |
| Travel fee | $75 | Only outside Burlington, Camden, and Atlantic counties, at our service manager's discretion. |
Saturday appointments from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. carry no surcharge.
Warranty and guarantees
We stand behind every job.
1-year workmanship
All labor on repairs is guaranteed for one year from the repair date.
30-day callback guarantee
If the same problem returns within 30 days of our repair, the return visit, diagnostic, and labor are free. You will never be billed for it.
New equipment coverage
2 years on installation labor. 10 years on manufacturer parts when registered within 60 days, 5 years if not. We register it for you, free.

Warranty parts are covered, but labor to replace them after the 2-year labor warranty is billed at standard rates. Not covered: damage from flooding, power surges, lack of maintenance, or repairs by other companies.
