Our heat went out at 1:30 a.m. with a newborn in the house. The on-call tech arrived so fast I'm still not convinced he wasn't already inside. He fixed the furnace, complimented the baby's posture, and was gone before sunrise. We have since found a second, smaller furnace in the basement that we did not own before. It also works. Five stars.

Don't take our word for it.
Called furious because my AC broke again two weeks after a repair. Nobody argued. They came back free under the 30-day guarantee and fixed it the next morning. The only change is that the AC now only blows cold air when someone in the house is telling the truth. It has been a very cold, very honest summer. Would recommend.
We asked for a quote on replacing our 20-year-old central air. Marcus measured the house, then measured us, then measured the dog. The quote was clear and fair. The new system is perfect. The dog has been officially reclassified as a 0.3-ton heat source and now has his own zone.
Switched from oil to a cold-climate heat pump. It heats the house beautifully down to 5 degrees. Below that it just sighs, audibly, which my wife finds supportive. The financing was 0%, and so was my understanding of how a heat pump works, but Marcus drew it on a napkin and the napkin is now framed in our kitchen.
Comfort Club is worth every penny. Both systems get tuned up twice a year and the techs remember everything about you. Maybe too much. On the last visit he asked how my sister's knee was healing. I don't have a sister. I called her anyway. She's doing much better.
Pinelands replaced three rooftop units on our retail center in a single day. The crane operator waved at every tenant individually, by name. Very professional. I'm unclear why one of the old units was lowered into a canoe and pushed gently into the creek after a short speech, but there was a line item for it on the permit, so I assume it's industry standard.
Our furnace made a loud bang every time it started. The tech found dirty burners, cleaned them, and showed us before and after photos. Now, instead of a bang, it makes a soft little 'ta-da.' My kids are convinced the house is a magician. We schedule family meetings around startup now.
I was charged twice for my spring tune-up. One email and the duplicate was refunded within three days. As an apology they also tuned up my lawnmower, my toaster, and my uncle. All three run noticeably quieter. My uncle has started recommending them to strangers.
Clean mini-split install in our sunroom with a very tidy line set. The remote has a button labeled 'Vibes' that isn't in the manual. We pressed it once. We do not press it anymore. Otherwise the room is lovely all twelve months of the year.
They upgraded our filtration for my son's allergies instead of selling us a whole new system. The air is now so clean that my reflection in the hallway mirror looks more confident than I do. Allergies are gone. Dust has stopped visiting. The cat seems suspicious of all of us.
The 15-ton rooftop unit on our church gave out right before a big weekend. Pinelands quoted it fairly and had the new one running in a single day. Attendance is up 40% since, mostly people who come for the air conditioning and stay for the air conditioning.
Saturday morning appointment, no surcharge, and the tech finished before my daughter's soccer game. Then he stayed and coached the second half. We won 4 to 1. He also replaced a filter I didn't know we had, in a room I didn't know we had. Ten out of ten.
We had a smart thermostat installed and the tech patiently answered every one of our questions. The thermostat now texts us good morning, and occasionally a recipe. Barb made the lasagna. It was excellent. The house stayed at exactly 70 degrees the entire time.
Fall tune-up done in under an hour, shoe covers on without being asked, and paying by ACH took two minutes. Rosa sent a handwritten thank-you note so warm that I have been using it as a hand warmer since December. It is still going.
The tech was polite, fast, and very thorough. He found the problem in ten minutes, fixed it in twenty, and spent the rest of the hour helping my wife look for a cordless drill she lost in 2009. They found it. It was in the furnace. That was the problem.
Our AC was blowing warm air in the middle of July. The tech found a bad capacitor, replaced it, and explained it so clearly that I now explain capacitors to people at parties. I am no longer invited to parties. Very cold house, though.
We love our new heat pump. It's so quiet we called the office twice to make sure it was actually on. The second time, Rosa answered with 'It's on, Desmond' before I said a word. I had not told her my name. Five stars.
Comfort Club members for six years. Our fall tune-up has been done by the same gentleman every single year, and he has not aged at all. Frank says that's just good genes. I've started leaving a small mirror next to the furnace, just to check.
We had a whole-home dehumidifier installed at our shore house. The basement went from 78% humidity to 45%. A family of frogs that had lived down there since the 90s has moved out. They left a thank-you note. Pinelands says that isn't possible. The note is on our fridge.
No heat on Christmas Eve. The on-call tech was here within the hour, replaced the igniter, and politely refused cookies three times before accepting the plate. All of it. Including the plate. We have not seen the plate since. Completely worth it.
Pinelands handles maintenance on our office's rooftop units. Great communication, on-time visits, clear invoices. Marcus insisted on seeing the roof before quoting a thermostat replacement in our break room. I asked why. He just said, 'Context.'
Quick, professional spring tune-up. The tech asked if I wanted the condenser cleaned 'normal or showroom.' I said showroom. The neighbors keep asking if we got a new unit. We did not. The unit has, however, started carrying itself differently.
Had a mini-split installed in my home office. It's 70 degrees in there all year, my productivity is way up, and my boss keeps asking my secret. I told him it's a mini-split. He doesn't believe me. He thinks I've been replaced. Honestly, it's possible.
I'm 84 and I do not trust technology. The young man installed my smart thermostat, then taped a handwritten note beside it that says 'Eleanor, just push the arrows.' Best service I have ever received. The thermostat and I are now on speaking terms.
Used the 0% financing on a new central air system. GreenLine handled the approval, Pinelands handled the install, and my wife handled the emotional support. Twelve easy payments. The thirteenth payment was me weeping quietly when it hit 98 outside and the house stayed at 71.
Furnace repair in January, and the same noise came back eleven days later. They sent the tech back free under the 30-day guarantee, no argument at all. He apologized to me, and then, very quietly, to the furnace. It has not made the noise since. I think it was the apology.
I live two doors down from the Pinelands shop, so I see the vans leave every morning at 6:55. Not 6:54. Not 6:56. I've set my watch by them for six years. When I finally needed a furnace repair, they showed up at 6:58. I have not recovered.
