Service Technician

Full time

$28 to $40 per hour, based on experience

Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems across our three counties. You'll have your own take-home van, a stocked truck, and an office that actually has your back. The van has a name. You don't get to pick it.

What you bring

EPA 608 certification
2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Comfortable explaining problems to homeowners in plain English
Able to explain a capacitor without saying the word 'capacitor' more than twice

HVAC Apprentice

Full time

$19 to $23 per hour while you train

Learn the trade alongside our senior technicians and install leads. Paid training from day one, with a clear path to technician.

What you bring

Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn
Valid driver's license
Reliable, on time, and good with people
No experience required
Willing to be called 'the new guy' for no less than 18 months, regardless of who is hired after you

Customer Care Coordinator

Full time

$22 to $26 per hour

Work with Rosa in the office: answer calls, help customers book visits, and review and send replies to customer messages.

What you bring

Warm, clear phone and writing skills
Comfortable with scheduling and office software
Experience in a service business is a plus
Calm in the presence of a caller who describes the noise as 'like a whale, but sad'
